We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you need to make a return, here’s how it works.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, email us at contact@easybikeparts.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for paying the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us straight away if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong product. In these cases, we will cover the return postage and put things right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised products
- Personal care goods (e.g. beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item can be returned, just ask us.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you need is to return the item (following the process above) and place a new order once your return is accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must still be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The same rule about return postage applies: customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your original payment method will be refunded automatically within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card company may take extra time to process the refund.
